The Challenge

As a working contract laboratory performing microbiological and sterility testing, Helvic had a tight time frame in which to implement a compliant LIMS to manage their sample data at an affordable price. With an MHRA audit scheduled just three months after the installation of their new LIMS, Helvic had a large task at hand to document processes and procedures for sample management and reporting.

The Solution

The Operations Manager of Helvic worked closely with the Broughton Software team to deploy and validate LabHQ™ LIMS in compliance with global GxP regulations. The LabHQ™ Project Manager provided full support in generating the relevant validation and system procedures required for regulatory compliance.

The Results

Helvic successfully passed their MHRA inspection with documented procedures for their LabHQ™ LIMS GxP system validation and sample management. With their microbiological and sterility testing expertise, Helvic now provide their service to a wide range of clients in the pharmaceutical industry who access their laboratory results through LabHQ™ LIMS.
